I am considering converting my 99 from the VP44 to the P7100.

besides injector lines, what else will be needed and will it need a older ECM?

No it will not need an older ecm, you leave your stock ecm on the truck to run the gauges, you just need to relocate it to the firewall .look in my gallery ive got some pics of it. you or anyone else can give me a call abou the conversion. I have performed three of them and can put you in contact with the owners if need be.
