Haisley has a kit for your truck. Its pricey. They told me that their puller truck use pumps that flow from 900cc to 1200cc of fuel. You tranny computer might hate your P pump. I don't know if your computer needs the TPS sensor for shifting. You might have to get a plate adapter made up for your tach to work. The tach sensor is under the VP.

his 2000 has the crank sensor so he would not need the cam sensor adapter plate.
He would also just attach the stock tps to the side of the p-pump and use it as his throttle linkage this is what we have done with the 3 trucks that we've p-pumped in the past.
Haisleys kit includes
Front timing case
pump mounting brackets
new oil supply fitting and T fitting for the block
injector lines
I believe this is all but ill give Patty a call mon. to make sure.

You or anyone else that is interested can give me a call about the conversion. I have performed three of the conversions and can put you in contact with the owners if need be.

with smaller DV's and injectors and the factory GSK , it was very street friendly. I had a surging problem at 50 mph while grossing 26000 lbs, but I lost a hx-40, a bearing, and the freeze plug on the back side of the cam, as well as 2.5 gallon of oil and never finished the trip. When we rebuilt it we changed alot of stuff and I've only driven it about 7 miles all year, so I never got a chance to get it right

On the 2000 trucks, is it still using a vaccum style cruise system? Mine all electronic. The p pumping a 24v seems to be more finicky and requires tuning for the style of driving you drive. The earlier truck seem to be easier to convert over the P pump. The truck newer than 2001 seems to have more electronics and issues with the P pump.
