My dad has a 2000 24V NV5600 with 3.55 gears. My question is which electronic enhancement to put on his. Which version of Edge (Juice, EZ), or Power Puck. The main thing is I can purchase most of these as a dealer so if you guys push something I am not a dealer for yet like the Scotty don't feel bad if I don't go with it.

 

i would put a set of f-1 injectors and a smarty in it. itll be alot better than an juice or something along that nature because down the road you can stack it with a tst when he wants more power.

 

He isn't the one to want more power and more power, I am, but he's not. He wants more mileage and I would like a little more pulling power when I need to use his truck. Injectors would only be replaced if something happens to the stock ones.

 

First of all does he have guages? To me the biggest selling point of the Juice is the guages for people modding stock trucks.

For electronic enhancement for a 24v truck I highly recommend the Smarty programmer. It eliminates torque management and top end defuel which will greatly improves the drivability of the truck,... and then there's the extra oomph

I have no experience with the edge products so I'll let others comment if you want to go that route. I very rarely see people run the power puck
