Question Next mod....

Although I just dropped 5K on the truck (new VP44, Fass 150, trans) I like to think about what's coming next, even if it'll be a while.

I've been told sticks and a turbo....so which ones.

All suggestions welcomed!!!

FYI: I use the truck for a Daily Driver mostly, but tow a couple of jeeps every now and then. I don't want high egt's but I dont want a laggy turbo either.
Please keep in mind I am new to this so abreviations are only gonna make my head hurt.....also any websites would be great!

Thanks!

Mach 4s from F1 diesel and 62/71/13 turbo would be a good towing combo. HTT or Industrial Injection sell the turbo.

Turbo will bolt in, Its a farily straight foward in stall. you will need a HX-40 down pipe which comes with a packae with most turbos.

I love turbo threads, no explanation of why there is lag, no real technical advice. HTT only offers the 13cm stainless turbine housing which is cast by BP, but both offer a 14cm cast turbine housing.

A 66/68mm will spool better than a 64/71mm, the turbine wheel has much more of an effect on spool-up than the compressor wheel. I could be guessing though, I don't know much about turbos.

I'm goin to asume that is sarcasm, I agree the turbine wheel affects spool up more than the compressor wheel but a 62/65 will light faster than a 66/65
