I put a 4" exhaust and a superchip tuner set to 50hp setting on my 02' and it put wings on that sickly old pig. I am wondering about stacking an EZ with it? I use this thing to pull 30k on a weekly basis and am concerned about longevity.
This is too easy, I have both and the Edge products win hands down. If you are are going to do only one box the Edge product would be the one to do. The Superchips will lay down about 30 hp at the rear wheels. The EZ about 45 to 60 depending to who you talk to. Here is a thread where a guy ran them on a dyno.

Do a search on superchips or Edge, there will be a lot of information.
When I talked to a Superchips tech they said they worked with the timing and fuel. I argued they need to raise the boost level but they said they had no plans to do that. That would help this programmer out but they don’t see it that way.
The EZ has several levels depending on how you configure the jumpers and it does have a boost fooler. There is a definite seat of the pants boost in performance.
The Edge Comp is like the EZ if you don’t tap the wire. If you do hang on there is a huge difference and it is mounted in the cab and you can adjust the power output on the fly.
Then you can do as I did and stack them. I had the Superchips, and while I was down at Suncoast (getting my new tranny) I got a real good deal on the EZ so they put it on and I was instantly stacked. There is one thing to be aware of if you stack with the tuner. Run the tuner first and then put on your box. If you have the box on while you are running the tuner it might try to reprogram your box. So any time you run the tuner make sure the box is unplugged.
Hope this helps.
