Dusty 96:

I agree with everything "Don M" has told you on your
modifications.

One thing I would add is to have your P7100 pump
taken off by a "competent" Bosch Fuel Shop and let
them put the pump on a Bosch Test Stand to "flow
test" the pump and set the fuel up for you. While
they are in there they can check EVERYTHING to
make sure it is in good shape and working order.

---------
John_P

Dusty

I echo what Don and John have said ... if you go with the 4k GSK you NEED to replace your valve springs. You are also going to want to bump your timing up. I have access to spare pumps ( at a minimal cost ) if you want to get one sent out and rebuilt ... will save time! I can do the R & R here.

Keith

Dusty, better take Keith up on that offer. He knows his stuff when it comes to these trucks, not to mention just about anything mechanical.
