yes it is wastegated. think it is to small to. maybe a 62/12 would be better?

 

I ran that combo for quite a few miles. When I added the smarty the hy just wouldnt cut it anymore. I opted for a PDR hx35 and it has been very good and was an easy bolt on replacement. I am still using it with 275's, smarty and juice with attitude.
