have you re installed the j hok or adjsted any other boost limiting device, not familliar with that turbo or its settings, but it sounds like a start, I have heard of the turbo of course, just haven't had my hands on one.

Try clamping the wastegate hose. I had to do the same thing w/ my HT.

your aem workhorse is clean and not restricting intake ? also, fuel filter fresh and flowin as much fuel as you need to spin that thing? How bout break in instructions, maybe it needs to loosen up a few miles/ hours of operation ????

and the part about break in instructions ? I know they are meant to keep the top of the workbench cleaned and all, but sometimes they can hold some usefull information...........

EDIT straight from the install sheet on the super b : Take it easy on the turbo for the first 100 miles to allow a proper break in period........ and a part about adding oil to the inlet of the oil passage before starting to at least have some lube on the bearing surfaces and not cause damage on start up.

I just went though something similar. My wastegate was not closing all the way. I was only able to build 25# of boost at WOT.....

You could make a test plug with a 4" PVC pipe cap and an air chuck. buy an air regulator and pressurize the system a little and look for where the air is going. It might be theres an adjustment thats not right in the wastegate, or you might have slipped a boot on the intercooler. Should be gated at 40psi or so on that thing, right? I know the II PS62 is..
