New turbo fix problems?

Well about 3000 miles ago I had the CEL come on and took to the dealer and they cleaned out the turbo. Just got the truck back from dealer today with new turbo installed and new O2 sensors. Will this fix the soot problem or are some parts going to have to go MIA to fix?

My dealer just replaced my turbo today. They did the drill and clean out deal on my old turbo about 2 weeks ago. Light came on Sunday so they got it in to the service guys this morning.

I'm told that this will fix this issue but I really don't believe anything the service people tell me anymore (I don't think they are sure this will solve the issue). I have only 20k on my truck and it's been in for problems with the exhaust/emissions/turbo 6 times.

Mine was "cleaned" and replaced the next week. This was about 6000 mi
ago and no problems as of yet. I did pull it hard about 3000 miles after
fix. The only problem is the ETC light comes on ever so often. After it
goes out the truck runs fine. I'm keeping my fingers crossed
