I just order a Donaldson M090535 muffler from Ryder Fleet Products. The muffler was $75.94 delivered to my door. I got it Thursday night. The UPS guy left it so I never signed for it. I opened the box and the muffler is dented. It's not a huge dent, but when I pay good money for a new product I expect it in new condition. I called Ryder yesterday and it seems like it's going to be a big pain to do an exchange. If any body is thinking a buying a muffler for their truck this big, buy it locally so it can be exchanged easily. Save yourself some grief.

 

Sounds like Ryder is trying to weasel. All they have to do is issue a call tag for UPS to pick it up.

Took me three tries step bars that arrived dented, but it finally got taken care of, and didn't cost me anything but the time to repackage.

 

They ended up doing exactly what you said. UPS picked it up this past Tuesday and I should have a replacement Monday.

 

Everything worked out well. I received my replacement muffler yesterday from Ryder Fleet Products. It arrived in good condition no dents. -Glen
