new vp/FASS/Nozzles/Cam sensor now hard start

Is it possible they could be leaking? the truck runs real good but cranks for about 10 seconds before starting, any ideas

When I put it all back together it would start fine but today it would not start, for about 10 seconds?

Great pressure at the vp44 21lbs.

Thanx

ya know the lil tube you had to take the injector line off of and pop out in order to take the injector out? Thats your flow tube. you may have nicked one of the o-rings on one of them

id check the o rings on the flow tubes first! you may not have to pull the injectors....

i had the exact problem your describing when i installed my mach's. i knew it wasnt the injectors, so i pulled the flow tubes and i had 2 that had nicks in the o rings

Did you replace the o rings that were on the injector as well as the o ring on the flow tube?

New O-rings and washers are cheap compared to the problems that one little "nick" can cause. Cummins Southern Plains in Mesquite is probably your closest place to get them.

Yeah most likely one of your cross over tubes is not sealing letting air through and it's try to get it out those first couple seconds of cranking. I had the same problem when i pulled the head for o-rings and a new gasket
