New front coils
Check with CSS at.... http://www.coilsprings.com/
Need your factory spring part # (get from dealer). They will make you any variation you might want... softer, firmer, 1" taller, 2"...etc.

Skip the pods, they are a band-aid.
I don't want to agrue...but how are they band-aids? All they do is make up for the amount your stock springs have sagged. There is no way the front suspension will bottom out with them. So, what is wrong with them? No, NOT the very best way to go but a lot less money to the same end result. Years ago when we would do big lifts on our trucks it was always said NOT to use blocks for the rear because it wasn't the best way to lift a truck. Well...Dodge has been doing it that way for years now.
What does a set of new coils from the company linked to above cost and how long does it take to get them?
No offense, but I'm not as rich as some of you guys and just can't afford to have all of the VERY BEST stuff. Sometimes I need to make a compromise.

Didn't mean to offend, when I read that his springs sagged, I read that as "worn or damaged". Using pods in this case would be a "band-aid". If his springs were fine and he was looking to level, different issue.
I spent under $200 for mine, delivery for "custom" was less then two weeks. Compared to D25's for 150-160???? No question, wait until you save the extra $, they are well worth it, in performance and appearance.

Thanks for the reply, and no, I wasn't offended at all.
I am just about broke though...new LP and VP, Smarty, Christmas this month, need tires and my front is sagging too so I've been wanting to fix that also.
$200 plus shipping isn't a bad price, I expected it to be much more.

I use the superlift part # 4520 its a 3/4 inch lift that welds in on the bottom of the spring mount I used them on the 98 and I have a set im going to use on the 01. I dont like the 2 in kits because I tow heavy trailers and the trucks look overloaded to me with the 2 in lifts.
You can get the spring number off the springs. There should be a plastic label/tag on each spring with a Mopar number. The numbers are different on the driver's side than the passenger's. While you're at it, why not just order them stock rate but 2" longer, so you can level your truck at the same time?
I replaced mine (2WD) with the CSS springs and they were around the $200 pricerange.

The cool thing about CSS is that they custom build to what you want, rate, amount of lift etc.
Here is how it works:
1. Get the Mopar # from each spring.
2. Measure from the highest point in your wheel well to the ground.
3. Jack the front end up to the desired height. (Park on level ground, view from the side)
4. Re-measure from the same point. Send in the #'s and two weeks later your....
