Pop off pressures were questioned. Don M had mentioned that so we asked this injector shop. They sent out another set of injectors and stated they had double checked this set. They also stated that they had never seen this problem before. The new set was installed and the truck continued to do the same thing. We feel like we have been very careful in the injector install area and this has just exposed another problem that was hiding before because of the increased delivery to the fuel system. We also do not think it is the injectors after having installed 2 sets with the same issue. They were very cool to send another set since we were having issues.

Can't put the 275's in at this point as they are in my truck right now. I did just buy a set of 1.5's that I couldn't pass on and may get them in this week, but I don't think he wants to change injectors again on his although this is an option.

 

I.ve been having the same issues for a year. Been through the TPS, VP44, etc-it started with the larger injectors and a tight converter.-it boils down to the tight converter im my case.
