Need some Help
My truck recently developed a problem with some white/grey smoke. When coming to a stop, after a 15 minute run at freeway speeds,I get some fairly heavy white smoke out of the exhaust.Blows the normal black smoke it always has under acceleration with or without my TST on.It only does the lighter smoke under those conditions and it is heavy for a few seconds.Recently put on a new IP. Truck still runs absolutely perfect. No oil leaks, all temp, boost, fuel pressure, exhaust temps etc are normal. No oil in the water or water in the oil. Anyone have any ideas????
New fuel filter and have a clean AFE air filter...No codes since I replaced the IP 3 weeks ago. Got the IP from Jet Pilot....Doug,how do you check the turbo seals. Turbo is a Super PS 62, about 1 year old. It doesn't blow white smoke every time you decelerate, only after a long, harder run. Thanks
