Hi I'm lookin at buyin a 96-98 12v dodge cummins.I'm wantin a 2500 4X4 5 speed and I've been readin on how to make them go but there's somethings I don't know.

What is AFP?
What is this silencer ring?

Could someone just give me a over view of the most common things like that so I get on the smae page.

I don't know about the AFP, do you mean AFC?

The silencer ring is a small ring in the turbo designed to quiet the whistle of the turbo. Most take it out so we can listen to that sweet turbo whistle.
