Need Inj. nozzle install help

I bought a set of nozzles for my stock injectors, but, no install info came with them and the guy that sold them to me won't email back. Anyone know a link where I can find some? Thanks.

you dont need no stinkin instructions! just be real careful and watch how they come apart, then put them back to gether the same way with the new nozzles.

im not trying to be smart, its acually very elementary. stick a wrench in a vise, put the top of the injector on that. then take another wrench and loosen the nozzle. it all comes apart and goes together really easy.

Visit www.kermatdi.com they have instructions on the site. I believe if you follow this link it'll get you to what you're looking for: http://pics2.tdiclub.com/pdf/injector_install_howto.pdf It's towards the end of the instructions.

The instructions to swap the injectors are here: http://www.cumminsdatabase.com/read.php?id=6

Good luck!

Make sure you set the pop pressures where the manufacturer recommends.

I didnt get mine pop tested and i have a slitghtly rougher idle now. I would suggest doing it. Every 4-5 seconds the engine will lope/miss, but once I throttle up to 1000 it smooths out great. hinshigts 20/20 thought. But Im not gonna pull them out and take them to have them tested either. Its not that bad.

I would say its a great mod.
