what year? what trans? hx or hy? on a stock truck, boosting over the factory amount does absolutly nothing but throw codes (in the 24 valves)

you need more fuel to need more boost

you have the hx. Which can easily spool up to ~37 psi safely.

However, you dont have near enough fuel to spin it that fast. i would venture to guess 25 psi max? I highly doubt you would feel any difference if you installed a boost elbow. But if you stick a set of injectors in there, then yes higher boost would help JMO

Let it boost as high as it can on that setup, you will never hit more than 30psi spikes of boost, so just adjust the wastegate fully closed till you get more fuel.

I don't believe the SC has boost fooling. Uping the boost won't do anything but throw codes with out a boost fooler or a box/chip with boost fooling. Trade that SC in for an Edge EZ or a Smarty (both do their own boost fooling), add a boost elbow and set it to about 34 psi and let'r rip.

Your about a week late, I just sold one for '02...

Just make sure you get one with a boost elbow or you can get the boost elbow off of Ebay for about $20.00. That is what will allow you to control max boost levels.
