You cant get one from Cummins 
unless you have a connection. Recon stuff maybe! New in box = no way.
Perhaps through a marine dealer. They are very expensive as well. Premium material, valve rotators, and high temp valves to Cummins means gold. expect to pay nearly 2700 bucks, if you find one. The parts catalog lists the part as Code 40 "factory only" not for resale. Or as I said, Cummins Recon...maybe. Good luck!
