check the clamps on the boost tubes to make sure they are tight. also when i got my edge the max boost was set at 20 psi.

If your running a boost fooler and the Edge they might be affecting each other. The Juice does boost fooling. Don't need both.
Check for boost leaks too.

as far as i can tell your better off with a mechanical style boost fooler like the one i had on my stock turbo .. you can make as much boost as you want.. nto saying you wont blow it apart at over 40lbs of boost tho

What is the fuel pressure like? Low fuel pressure could cause low boost. Check the intercooler, exhaust manifold and intercooler boots for leaks as well.

On the exhaust manifold look to see if there is any carbon built up around the mounts to the engine. If you lose a gasket you can see a build up. Did you unplug the boost fooler? For the intercooler you have to be able to pressurize it to see if it is leaking at all. Any codes on the truck?

In the Attitude Configuration there is a max boost setting. Are you sure this is not set too low? I used to have a Juice. I once had it default to a maximum of zero psi boost and the truck would build no power. It would be good if you could pressure everything up from the compressor housing on the turbo all the way into the engine to see if you may have a leak somewhere. You may want to make sure your wire tap on the injection pump is good and right. What kind of boost fooler are you reffering to? If you have no exhaust leaks then you may be correct in that the wastegate may be leaking exhaust past it. With your Juice on level 5 I would think you should be able to make30-35 psi boost. Make sure air cleaner okay.
