low power from truck today

Tuesday night I pulled my TST box out, and mailed it back to them to fix it. I left the wiring harness and boost fooler connected to the truck.....just sent the computer. Well this morning I pull onto the highway, and she barely makes it to 45mph, and they was virtually no boost. Fuel pressure is the same as it has been (waiting for the FASS pump to get here). Only codes I'm seeing is 1693 & 237....the standard companion, and Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor Low.
Could this be happening because the MAP sensor plug with the TST harness and the boost fooler are still hooked up?

I did that once with my comp (didn't want dad to see it) and I got a CEL and no power at all. Plugged the comp back in and everything worked fine.
