Question Low power at low rpm's

I have started noticing a lack of power in the 1300 - 1500 rpm range. Once I hit 1500-1600 rpm I hear the turbo wind up and the engine pulls strong. It seems to do this when I have been driving awhile in 4th, 5th, or 6th gear, depending on speed at around 1600 and slowly creep down to 1300-1400 and then when I need to speed up not much happens until I hit 1500 rpm. If I down shift and run through the gears it pulls strong. I have 44,000 mile on this stock truck with no modifications. It did not do this until the last mount or two. I notice it now with the camper loaded and pulling a small ski boat. It seems like something is restricting the boost until the 1500 rpm zone. Any ideas?

Truck is a stock 2002 RAM 2500 4X4 long bed, HO, 6 Speed

Low power

Do the adjust voltage to the diode in the APPS. This for me made quite a noticeable difference I was 0.138 volts low from my 0.468 VDC now just 6 milli volts low which I figure is good. Pm me if I can help further and will answer when I can get back on. Good luck.
