I just bought a 98.5 with a 24valve. It had a blown turbo so I built a turbo and fired it up. It ran good but it wouldnt rev past 2600rpm and the power was way down on a test drive. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

mine wont really rev past 2600 or 2700 either....i always here about them defueling at 2700....without a chip on mine anymore it makes it a pain to try and pull cause i need it to rev to about 3 or so before i shift to keep power but 2600-2700 is about all it will do...
