They're invisible.

Actually, if you look at the pic of it from the side in my gallery, you can just see it hanging down, look for the little circle of light. I looked through my pics to see if I had one that showed it a bit better, but no luck. I'll try and get a better picture of it later.

Got a better pic in my gallery now. It's right on the end of the frame held on by the same three bolts that hold the bracketry for the bumper. One on either side.

Tough Country Bumpers

I got my bumper from http://www.toughcountry.com and I love it...they make almost any combination for accessories...and very tough bumpers...

They pretty much require a clevis if you want to put a strap on there. I've got one I carry with me, but I probably should go buy a couple of big ones and just leave them dangling all the time. Along with the hose that replaces the puke bottle, that should have people asking me no end of questions about all that stuff hanging down in front of my truck.
