looking to drop some $$ into my rig

ok well finaly got payed out on a big job so iv got some cash to play with, this truck is used for towing and haveing the trans build to hold 1200 ft lb of tq, so theres my limits, i want the most bang for my buck so this is what im thinking.

adrenaline with pulse
F1 mach 1.6
4" exost
turbo? phatshaft 62? i want to do a towing twin setup later, dont know a whole lot about turbos yet so help here would be great.

the rest of the money will go into rims, tires, and some other apperance and confort stuff. what do you think?

I have a 99 as well, I ran DD III's for almost 4 years now on stock head with an Edge comp, I now have whats in my sig with stock studs still. Ideally studs are insurance before something goes wrong, if I had extra money lying around that isn't paying bills I would have done it

Trans, adrenaline, phat shaft 62, 100 horse injectors. That will give you a sweet towing setup with more mileage

the 1.6s are a 90 horse injector, would it really be worth the extra money to go the the mach 2s, my mechanics pritty set at nothing over 100 hp for a towing rig like mine, even if u plan on twins, which i do somewhere down the road, thats just one thought i want urs too. remember i want to be able to turn the adrenaline all the way up and not break 1200 ft lbs, meens i need to stay under 600 hp

I tow all day long with 150 horse injectors. When i get twins ill probly go bigger on injectors. If you stick with 100-120 horse injectors you'll be fine with a phat shaft 62. If you are worried about temps while towing go with a 85-90 horse injector.

IMO, i would do -

Super Phatshaft 62 (upgradeable to twins later)
Adrenaline
Mach 4's
Studs (on stock head and gasket. i used to run a sps 62, and trust me, you'll need them)

With a built trans of course. And for your concern about needing less than a 100 hp injecter while towing, i pulled loads like this with a 220 hp injector:

Trailer and load weighed in right at 30k lbs.

still doesnt adress the fact that my trans is only built to hold 1200 ft lbs of tq, i read that the adrenaline with the comp tunes can get an almost stock truck to 400 hp, that only gives me 200 to play with with injectors and turbo. i dont want o have to worry about my trans going agen, i got a good deal on it this time dont think ill be so lucky next time. anyone have dino numbers with mach 4s, adrenaline, and the phat shaft 62 or similer turbo?

So turn the Adrenaline down for everyday driving and when your feeling froggy... turn that bad boy up and have some fun. Remember, parts can fail at any hp number under any situation... wether it be 600 ft lbs or 1200 ft lbs.
