On- Line Performance

Well I ordered my guages from an online store 3 weeks ago and they had a great deal full a-piller po with guages and hook up's $189.00. Sounded pretty good. They quickly answered my call when I ordered prompley took my payment out of my account and said I'de have the guages in 3 days. Well here it is three weeks and I recieved the pod and pyro today. No boos or tranny, the pod was supposed to be gray as the salesman asked me "which color." Of course it's black and that EDIT store is a ghost town. All extensions were "with a customer or away from their desk" with no room in their voicemail for a message. That was probably a good thing beacause I was LIVID at this point. Once again my thriftyness comes back too bite me in the yep. Thanks for listening to whom it may concern. Oh yea, and I was supposed to get a 65psi boost, THE sales order shows me down for a 35.

i would Google the company and see if there is any info on them going bankrupt or what ever. then contact your credit card company and see what they can do.
Good luck

Well I googled this online outlet store and found a couple blogs that had bad things to say about the company. Poor customer service, NO RETURNS, and countless excuses. I'm gonna raise heck if they give me any more crap. They just screwed with the wrong bull, I'll show up at their little cubical office and leave with a guage or a boot full of EDIT! I should'nt be so hatefull, but I worked my tail off for that $189.00 and for some little twig to jip me just sticks in my crawl! I just want to know where my EGT's and boost are at, I'm running blind with out them.

I have to say though, the one guage I have sure does look sweet. It's the A.M. pro-comp ultra lite series.

It's not a problem mentioning a company that treated you well, or poorly (in your case) The problem comes up when people want to argue about that stuff with others. The forum is to exchange info that others could find helpful, and the businesses that have treated members great, or horribly are usually helpful to know.

Well I was a little more irritated last night but I am still unhappy with Removed By Admin. Maby someone who works there is a fellow dtr member and can steer me in the right direction with the company. If the store did what they said they would do I would highly reccomend them too all you guys. But sending me half of my order with no indication of when the rest of my order will ship, if it ships at all is a big deal too me. The customer service rep I delt with a week ago was the first one to tell me that they did'nt have my boost guage in stock. If the sales rep would have told me that at the beginning I might have considered other options. But once again today no one picks up the phone and every single voice mail is full. They are running out of time with me and if anyone else has an order from them and is having problems I'd like to know you can p.m. me. I'm not one to dump on companies when they have a problem with stock but they ARE responsable for letting the cust. know if there is a prob. No one has ever contacted me with any info, I have had to deal with rude operators and sorry cust. serv. reps to drag what little info I have out of them. I'll let you guys know what's up on Mon.

Guys, Best to leave the name of the company out of it to prevent DTR from getting involved in a slander suite.
Also, we understand the irratation of such an event, but we still requrest that the language be restrained.
Thanks.
Rich.

OOPS! I thought there not an issue with using the names... I'm sure I'll be wrong again, but wanted to apoligise to wilderness. Usually my advice is somewhat better (I hope)
