Lift Pump? When is it Time?

On a 12 valve, at what point (hp level) do we need to upgrade to an after market fuel system, fass etc... What kind of hp will the stocker handle?

Around 700hp with a 12mm pump mine started dropping the fuel pressure down into the low teens. When i switched to the 13mm pump it drops it down into the low teens with a little over 1/2 throttle. I have a 200gph Fass on a toggle switch that i turn on when i am going to play. The rest of the time I run off just the mechanical pump.My guess would be around 650 or so.
