Lift Pump Question

I would like to add a lift pump to my truck. I have heard of the aux' pumps such as the BD and the like. I would like to know if anyone could give me some feedback on this type of system. I also do not want to spend a gazzilion' dollars if I can help it. I am not going to be adding alot of mods to my truck such as injectors or anything, I am simply concerned about the stock pump. Thanks for all the help so far.

Call Richard at Glacier Diesel Power, he has several different systems, and will help you make the right choice.

You will waste money on anything unless it has a lifetime warranty on it. That boils down to a FASS or a AirDog. Both are relatively spendy but worth it in the end. Save your money and buy the right thing the 1st time.

Have you heard of anyone using DDRP from FASS?

The DDRP is basically an aftermarket replacement for your stock pump. If you want assurance that you will always have fuel pressure, I would go with an extra pump such as the regular FASS, Airdog, or a mechanical pump. I agree w/ JJPage, get ahold of Glacier, they are very helpful, and will find somethin to fit your needs.

Thanks for the input. I will probably opt' for the FASS or AirDog system. I would like to take as much care as I can for the fuel system. Is this the correct website address for GDP? http://www.glacierdieselpower.com/
