i will put these flossers up against piaa any day of the week. piaa make a good bulb but you pay for the name with them. not to mention i can buy these flossers for the rest of my life for what one twin pack of the piaa's cost. these floosers are so bright i dont even use my high beams anymore.

i would not recommend doing this as the heat would be tremendous.

No problems mounting them. I'll get some pics when it clears up here. There might be problems with other designs but not the ones I purchased. they came from option racing, I believe.

anyone know any details on the wiring harness??

I assume it just takes the control wire from the switch on the dash, runs it into a relay 85, and then uses 30 to go from the battery and 87 to the head lights +12v wire

am i right on this? basically were just taking the load off the circuit from the dash

here are what the 4 posts on a relay are for.......

30-power source(batt)
85-ground
86-switch wire
87-to the lights

The harness is two new sockets for the bulbs, and socket to plug into the stock harness to trigger everything and two relays. I added two 30 amp fuses to it per Dr. Evil's reccommendation

Thanks. See earlier post. With more time in the seat, I enjoy every minute so far driving at night with this setup. Lets see how the longjevity of it is.

I do want to go ahead and thank Motomac3, Dr. Evil and Sea Drive :/> for all the headlight advice and all of the past threads I have read on this subject.
