mine did the same when i had a SC. when i got my smarty it went away.

Mine loped a HUGE amount when I put my Jammer IV's but I was also trying out a set of high flow connector tubes. Once I jerked them stupid things out, it cleaned up a bit. Then I did a fuel system mod with the Vulcan kit and it idles great again. The only time it really lopes now is when feathering the clutch in reverse. I seems to make folks in parking lots move faster too!
