isspro fuel pressure gauge
isspro fuel pressure gauge
im looking at buying the kit from vulcan for isspro fp gauge and wanted to know if i would need anything else to hook it up. where does it hook up on a 2001 24v?? thanx guys
i put my sensor on the pump where the inlet is to the left is a plug that takes a star driver to remove i just put the elec. sensor in there i was more interested in knowing what the psi is at the pump and not at the water fuel seperator
Contact Eric/Vulcan, he will hook you up with everything you need! Eric makes/has every fitting known to man. Look into his braided SS lines too! The kit you order from him will come with everything you need (including a sweet isolator).
if you decide to go without a isolator and run fuel straight to the gauge, make sure you get a snubber (needle) valve to help dampen the pulsations in the fuel. If not, it'll ruin your gauge. And if something should happen that your fp line leaks, you can use the snubber valve to shut the fuel off to the gauge. The isspro gauges are a mechanical gauge, so they don't use a electronic sending unit.
