what year model are you talking about? If your talking about a 24v, when you take off the line, what little presure is there will be gone, nothing to it

I agree with black diesel. I've never noticed any pressure. What year model are you talkin about?

2000 sport 2500 5 speed... 24 valve, of course... so the installation of the nozzles on the injectors and the injectors back in the truck is fairly easy?? i'm very mechanically inclined, just not soo much w/ diesels yet... thanks, Jared

yup! i can do a nozzle swap in 55 minutes now. Then you open up the can of worms on "if you should have them pop tested" blah blah blah

What nozzles are you planning to do? I might be in the same boat soon.

JSCumms, your going to need a 900 dollar clutch and a 1500 dollar turbo to get all the power out of the juice and nozzes.

Also, not to be down on you or your truck, but story goes that if you bomb your truck the vp will go out. Ive replaced 5. (three on my truck, one on my buddys, and one on my dads)

And whats your fp? the stock lp system will not keep up with the jammers and juice. id throw in a holley blue or somthing along those lines if i were you

Dont expect to run it on kill with the stock turbo! You'll peg your pyro by 3rd gear.

your only going to see the full potential of the juice and nozzles with a larger turbo!

Phat shaft 62/12 would be good for you, or anything 62mm, exhaust housing depends on your needs. Smaller for spoolup and larger for more top end cooling.
