Installed my new M300 injectors
I am extreemly happy with the power increase! I should have no more problems with most PSDs. My EGTs do come up quicker, so I guess it will be the Scotty 2 some time soon. I do have more smoke than I would like. I am going to move my fuel plate back the 16th of an inch that I advanced it earler. I have seen posts about the "smoke screw" my question is where is it and how do I adjust it?
Thanks
tim

i'd keep your fuel plate where it is unless egts are out of control (i use my right foot), or you smoke at WOT (which i do too). alright, the AFC housing that you take off to move the plate, look on top of it. there's a screw that's about an inch in diameter. it takes an 8mm allen wrench and is usually pretty tough to break the first time. take the screw out and you'll see the star wheel and AFC spring. use a flathead screw driver to turn the star wheel.

towards the radiator= more low end fuel/more smoke
towards the cab= less low end fuel/less smoke

the AFC also controls the midrange somewhat and can control the top end some (depending a couple adjustments).

Tom

To answer two PMs the install wasn't bad. I took my time and my share of breaks and it took me 4 hours. If I were to do it again it would be a 2 hour job. The power increase is considerable. I can limit my smoke with my foot. The only time it is more than I would care to see is at WOT from a compleet stop. I don't know what it will do to my MPG yet. I will have to wait untill I am tired of mashing it everywhere I go.
