I run that exact setup and use F1 Mach 4 injectors (150 HP). This combo yelids 500-525 RWHP. Going larger with your turbo will pretty much only increase egt's not HP.

i think you wold be fine with 150's, maybe a little bigger. you just wont be able to use the comp on that high of a setting for long, but thats with any sticks you choose+ fueling box= heat. i would go with at least 150hp.
any plans for twins later on?

Its not a matter of heat.... Its a matter of oxygen density to allow for an efficient burn. You could run 220 HP sticks but the HP increase running a 62 turbo over the 150 sticks wouldn't be much. Yet the heat would be outta sight.

With 155hp injectors and a smarty and a 62/12 I can hit 1100* WOT. With the TST on 2 I can hit 1250*. With the TST COMP on 2, smarty, 155hp injectors, and turbo I'm blowing almost everyone off the road. If you need anymore than that your nuts. Boy I can't wait for mach 8's and twins.

now my next question is will a smarty/edge comp stack be better than just an edge drag comp with 150 hp sticks

Most folks say the Smarty (timing) and TST (no timing) is the ultimate combo if you are going to stack.

I have heard lots are happy with the Smarty (no timing program) and the Comp (timing). I drove my truck with that combo and it was impressive!

Note, my first sentence said ultimate. I'm waiting for a TST in the mail so I'll know soon.

I know there are alot of guys posting very impressive dyno runs with the Drag, 150 injectors and an SO pump.

I am really happy with the way my truck runs with the Smarty and big injectors for daily driving. The TST should be fun.

Good luck.
