Talking Injector tools

What tools do I need to replace injectors in my truck? Going bigger oh yes where do I get them? Thanks

a friend who has all the tools and wants to do the swap is the best tool----

but you should be able to get by with the following--

8mm thru 19mm wrenches and sockets--a short 19mm wrench comes in very handy for injector line nut #6 although you can get by without it--a small flat screwdriver and some grease to lube the orings on the new injectors--that should get you real close---some use a torque wrench to tighten things---chris

Thanks cssutton7 I already have the injectors new I just wanted everything togther before I start I have the torq wrenches so thats no problem .

I found using a wonder bar to pop out the back injectors works great, too. Sometimes is hard to get those bent needle nose pliars in the right position.

Thanks Mike just came in after a test drive with my bosch inj the superchip on safe tow man the inj on these trucks are a huge upgrade. I dont know what inj I got but the guys at Acme diesel here in Knoxville TN told me they would wake my truck up . That my friends is an understatement.
