Injector installation pricing?
Do it your self. I had never even had the valve cover off any engine I ever owned and I installed mine in 3 hours by my self. Now it takes me about 90 minutes from start to finish including beer breaks.
There is a set of instructions floating around, they are from Diesel Dynamics and are very helpful.

I'm in Napa, CA. I'm not sure what it takes to install these, getting to the cylinders under the dash, looks like it would be a nightmare.

I'll look at home tonight for a copy of the instructions and get them to ya. I think I kept them.

This is not all that difficult. You could do it yourself...if you get up towards the seattle area, I would be happy to help.

What all does it take to installing them?
I heard you pull the cover off.
Take the rocker arms off.
And then unbolt something else then pull them out.
Is this kinda correct?

Pull the valve cover and air intake housing.
Remove the injector hold down front bolt and remove the hold down, don't touch the rear bolt.
Remove the injector line nut from the injector tube at the head.
Use a screwdriver and pry the injector tube out a half inch or so.
Use a valve cover bolt to thread into the top of the injector and pull it out.
Put the new one in and put it all back together.

I couldn't find the instructions from DD, but came across these.

Wonder how much it would cost to put AlpineRAM on a donkey and get him State side? Oh wait, donkeys can't swim all that well.

Would need to supply a donkey with optional wet weather package- and ensure that there is enough beer so that I don't arrive parched
