Get an EZ!! i have the superchips and i like it but im wanting a little more power. I bought an used EDGE EZ for 335 bucks SHIPPED! I found it in the classified on this forum. If i where you i would go look on there and see what you can find. I did see one for sale the other day for 350 and one for 300 or soo if i remember correctly.

To be honest, put them all (Hyper, EZ, Super) on a dyno. They don't make above 50hp....relistically 40-45.
They pretty much all make the same power, but of the three my vote goes to the Edge EZ. Why? Well because the EZ goes past the factory 20psi turbo boost setting. You can use your new power longer. The others leave the 20psi setting on the turbo wategate...you can have fun til then, and it cuts you off at the knees when you hit 20.

The Edge Comp and TST Powermax are completey different animals that are 100-110hp boxes. If you can only stay with a stock tranny, then stay with the above modules. If you can afford several thousand for a new tranny, then get a Powermax or Edge Comp.

and one more thing, how will the edge ez benefit my motor? since none of the programmers go about 20 psi., will it hurt my motor. i've heard some people say they like the superchips and never had any problems. any whats the max boost our stock turbos will push?

With my Power Max 3 I'm pushing 38 psi of boost. To find out Hp. improvements go to TSTproducts.com and the have dyno graphs at the ground. Be sure to check the web site it has good info.

I notice no mention of banks big hoss. I was told that it would save your tranny. I'm still trying to sort through all this myself. Most performance and MPG. I have 40k of warranty left that I would like to use if issues arrise.

I know some people like Banks but from what I've seen their stuff is too expensive and you don't get the gains they say you will.

i don't want tranny problems. 50 more horses is totally cool with me. it's all going to be street power. but i want it to run smooth and not have any problems. whats the torque rating on the auto tranny? i want to get torque within the limits of the transmission.
