Yeah man you should get way more boost.Ive only got the edge drag comp and a smarty and mines turnbuckled .Ive seen 45 psi on a cold night and no more than 1250 wot in 5th.Yes guys,my truck is a 5spd with an hy ,i dunno why

Personally, I would stay away from a 14 cm turbine housing, with an automatic. Guys that love the 14's are usually manual trannys, which can keep the turbo spooling by choosing different gears. I had one and it was a smoke machine!! Took too long to spoolup and was hard to keep it spooled. You don't live in my kind of daily heat, but if you're at altitude, it's an equally important variable.

A 62/12 cm turbine housing will get hotter at WOT but will increase daily driving enjoyment .... which is, after all, 99% of what we do!

So I've narrowed It down to either the pdr35 or the borg warner 300. I figure either one will make a huge difference over the hy. I can't spend the big $ for the big guys so which one do u guys recommend?

just for knowledge,what is the safe maximux output for a hy-35? im getting 27-31. depending on altitude. but i know i can make do more. but im at a point where i dont need it to grenade on me either! its warn and will be replaced soon. hopefully it will be here this week. but my egts when cruising are a little high.

You are right in the top map of your turbo..... Going any higher really isn't going to make any more HP, just heat.
