Arrow will gds 60mm upgrade be enough

Ive been doing a lot of searching here and on other forums while doing my 86 gmc 1 ton 4x4 srw crew cab non ic cummins 6bt swap. I would appreciate some opinions before I finish this project.
I ordered a 60mm upgrade from gillette diesel and have not installed it yet, and im not sure if its gonna be enough of an upgrade with my heavy *** truck. Im worried that it will get too hot under load or wot when im hot rodding around.
For mods ive got(or will get):
6" lift with 35's
intercooler
ddp3 injectors 100-150hp
timing advance spacer
3200 spring
denny t stage 1 fuel pin
pump turned up
holley black lift pump
4" turbo back exhaust
afe or bhaf filter with diy cold intake

My truck weighs in at over 6200 lbs empty with no fuel. In your opinion when im wot and playing hard will this upgrade handle egt's to a dealable level or am i wasting my $? I dont tow often only a wakeboard boat once in a while. This will just be a weekend dirtbike haulin hot rod 4x4. Ive been considering good used s300 or super hx40 other options and would like to hear thoughts on these if the gds upgrade wont be enough turbo with my other hp upgrades .

I haul 19K worth of antique tractors and way more than that in hay, and i can not get my EGT's over 1200*, now keep this in mind, my trans is probly not very tight and with a manual it would load it down quite a bit more so higher EGT's would be there.

it wont be enough with 100/150 sticks it will be a lot better then stock but if your towing heavy I think you will need twins to stay in the power .My 90 will hold 1200* @ 35psi boost with just 180 performance (40hp) injectors big intercooler and the pump turned up you will be able to control that with your right foot

I dont doubt that for one second, but im more interested to know if the 60mm upgrade will be good enough to at least keep my egt's down to a safe temp while hot rodding around and towing a wakeboard boat on occasion. I know with out a doubt that spending $1500-2000 on a bad *** turbo like yours will get me there. Thats just not in the budget at this time. Someday ill get there.

It will be enough for what you are doing depending on the exhaust housing. I run a 351cw which is a 60mm wheel aswell and i pull 9500# for 2500kms fine. It depends on how you set your pump. I have mine set for 1230F pulling 9500# up a steep hill pedal to the floor the whole way.

I have the 18cm exhaust housing so i think from what your saying it will be alright to at least get me rolling for a while

The 18.5 housing should keep you cool enough, but the 60mm comes alive with a 16cm housing. My temps are 1,250 or so through the lights at the strip (1/4 mile) but in the real world I don't see much above 900-1,100 loaded.

i cant see there being that much difference for two cm. maybe im wrong but if i were to get a different exhaust housing i would think the 14 or 12 would be a better choice. Am i right?

im running 4:11 i think or 4:10 i forget whichever came in the gm.

Im thinking if the 18.5cm housing is that bad i should return the 60mm upgrade all together and spend the $1000 on an s300 cause ill be up to $600 already. Well I guess $400 savings is still substantial if that setup will be a good one.
Can I get some feelings on which exhaust housing is better between the 12, 14, and 16. If im gonna spend the $300 id want the best one for street play in my setup. Btw im rolling the turbo 400 auto from the gmc with the adaptor plate if that matters.

All I can tell you is my truck came alive with the 16cm. You can get them for pretty cheap. With my 18.5 (and before the 3,200 spring) my truck was barely hitting boost just as it started defueling! The 16 is floating like the 18.5 so you won't have to worry about a wastegate, and I get 40 PSI out of my HTT Stage IV. The 14cm is expensive, and the 12 will spool instantly but kill your top end and make your EGT's unmanageable.
