That was one of my first setups that I ran. Spools great and is perfect with a set of 150s. It should put you around 450-500 depending on the dyno. Sourceautomotive.biz sells several kits for what your looking for also

Welcome to the website!

Like DTR Member 8UPRACIN, that was the first twin turbo set-up I had on my 1996 Dodge CTD 12 valve too. It worked very well and I had the 74mm compressor wheel in the S-400.

Well I am looking for more along lines of 500 to 600 closer to 600 tho, I was thinking a 480 but not sure how well the hx will like it, so mavbe a hybrid or a hx40

480 is overkill for <600hp. 71-75mm would be what you're looking for.

Could put in an 50mm sized external gate, if you want to keep the original HX35 turbo, I'm with Tate for 500rwhp truck, S475 is oversized, maybe room for future upgrades

FWIW,....when I had the HX-35/S-400 with the 74mm inducer wheel, I was at around 630 H.P. with the injectors I had at that time.
