At a trade show awhile back one of the booths had a device for the Cummins; it was simply referred to as a block. It was to be installed under the pumps afc to alter the air fuel ratio increasing hp. and fuel economy. There were two offered one increased 40 hp. and the other 100hp. The fellow said that 40 hp. would not put the engine at any risk during normal operation and no precautions would be necessary. Can anyone give me any insight into this product and at several hundred dollars is this money well spent? Perhaps there are better options available
