How would this turbo work?

A guy on competition diesel posted a link to this turbo. The price is right if some one wants to try it. I would but I want to dyno my current setup to get a good feel for this 3rd gen turbo's potential on my truck first.

62mm compressor/ 73mm exhaust wheel/ 17 wg housing.

WH2D is not that large, does not flow that much air, and is weak.

Yeah, I heard the shafts are really weak and prone to failure.
