I would get gauges to be safe, especially FP gauge & EGT, but my brother only sees 900* with his Smarty/RV275 combo towing 15k#. The XZT+ dropped my egts 100*+ compared to Smarty when I beta tested it. That will be a great combo for towing & driveability is gonna be great!!

With the XZT+ and RV275 injectors, I figure I won't have to touch the clutch.

Can I put 100hp sticks and an xzt+ and be safe with my stock clutch?

Maybe, just depends on how much "fun" driving you do. I would look into replacing it sooner with the added power tho.

The biggest problem is $$$$$.

Good aftermarket 100hp sticks aren't cheep. I can pick up a set of 275's for $200.

You can get 100hp nozzles for $200, but I think that you would be happy with the RV275's. They are nice injectors.

That 900 must be post turbo? Dad has 275's and an ez and his will get up to 1300 when towing.

You should be ok. I always turn my xzt+ off when towing and never seem to run out of power. I haven't towed with my new trans(old one made it 167K) yet, but I might just have to test the waters with the xzt+ next time. EGT's aren't an issue either...if it gets hot, turn it off.

I just asked my brother to make sure that he only saw 900* & he said that on one hill he saw 1150* preturbo. Sorry for the mistake.
