That wont overpower his stock turbo. Just will need a boost elbow set to 32psi. Its a great towing combo.

My guess around 40-50 hp is about what i noticed and noticed it alot more when towing. Its also enough to need a clutch if you hot rod it much, Dont ask how i know. lol

So then can I figure 70hp/200lbs of torque with the XZT+, and another
40-50hp/100-120lbs of torque with the 275's? Total of around 120hp/300lbs of torque?

Also, why does the boost need to be held at 32psi?

That would be close an estimate for the engine HP RWHP will be about 300hp. Anymore than 32psi will be out of the map of the stock turbo.

What do you mean "out of the map of a stock turbo"?

The stock turbo becomes inefficient at boost levels over 34 thus temps go up =(

this is just my opinion, but if your going to the trouble to change the injectors i would put in something a little bigger.....like my jammer 3 nozzels, 100hp....they give you quite a bit more power, and even when my truck was chiped and towing 12,000k uphill heat wasnt an issue, it would get to about 1250, but it wouldnt go over that, and it had a good amount of power...

About 100hp over stock & this would be a awesome towing combo. My brother runs RV275 injectors with a Smarty & it is a great towing combo. The XZT+ will be better yet because you will have the switch on the fly. You could go with 100hp sticks....that would give you even more on the bottom. Heat won't be a factor. I ran 100hp sticks with a Edge comp & superchips stack towing before & it was a nice setup, would get hot with the comp up.
