How to make 600hp on my 02
Looking to make 600hp in my 02 24valve. I currently have 125hp dap injectors, 95 fass lift pump at the motor, s&b intate, bd intake manifold, switzer stock replacement turbo, 4in exhaust, built trans, and edge comp hot unlock.

More fuel, more boost usually does the trick. You may want to upgrade your exhaust manifold and go to a 5" exhaust then get to a dyno and work on a tune....Stock HX35 won't be able to flow enough air IIRC.....

I agree with what SIXSLUG has already told you. Let me add that you are also going to have to "upgrade" your VP-44 fuel pump to a modified version which will flow more fuel. I have never really seen any VP-44 Dodge CTD 24 valve that could hit the 600 mark without adding a modified VP-44. I would also recommend you install at least 12mm "ARP" studs if you have not done so already.

My first question would be: 600hp dyno queen or real life 600hp workhorse.
You will need a lot more air to burn enough fuel for 600hp. I would go twins for driveability.
Then a nice set of injectors, maybe a P-Pump and then build the engine to stay together at the amounts of boost and working pressure- Head studs, maybe fire rings.
I would also install a better cam and valve springs. If not, build it again as long as you still have salvageable parts.
Then go over the brakes and the suspension. 600hp gets you fast quite quickly, but stock brakes and stock suspension will get you killed or maimed quicker at that power level..
