Your numbers sound right on to me. Like BigBlue mentioned, 25 psi is about as high as you want to go on the inlet pressure. Much higher puts a lot of stress on the diaphragm and the 3 sealing o-rings.

I do see the gauge momentarily jump to 25 when I start the truck but it drops down to about 18 then creeps up to 21 as it warms up. I was going to put in the Hi-flow banjos but now I am having second thoughts.

I got the fittings at NAPA. Two 3/8"NPT to 3/8" compression fittings. Just cut the line, bolt on the pump with the supplied bracket, trim the line back on both sides of the pump to fit. Tighten it up and wire it, your done!
