Re:High Flow Banjos

You can get them from Rod at Wildcat Diesel or from Geno's garage. They are a very simple install. Hardest part is getting to the bolts. I would highly recommend looking into Rod's high flow fuel line kit though. It includes -8an line with AN fittings to eliminate the banjo bolts (a big restriction even with the high flow bolts).

The modified bolts will serve you fine.
You dont need the high flow lines until somewhere over 400hp at the ground.

Re:High Flow Banjos

I'm about ready to swap mine out for -AN lines, you interested in these high flow banjo bolts?

Yes, they are VERY easy to swap. Hardest part is re-priming the fuel system. :

Beg to differ. The restriction in the line between the lift pump and the fuel filter housing is a bad one. Banjo bolts won't help there and it'll need to be replaced with bigger line and/or 6AN fittings. Banjo's will work OK elsewhere.

Banjo's work a little to improve but no where near how good the wildcat fuel line kit does ;D

Re:High Flow Banjos

Over the past couple years, we've found that whether or not a high flow banjo system will work is dependent on your horsepower, as well as the diesel/tmeperatures in your area. In southern regions, where diesel tends to be heavier, the high flows will work better.

We still won't use them above 350 HP, as the lift pump survivability just isn't there in 99% of circumstances. We much prefer to swap at 320 HP, as in the worst conditions (Canadian diesel and winters), we know the lift pumps simply won't survive with high flows.
