Hi-flow banjo bolt question....

I just got a set from Wildcat diesel and I have one question. Where does the fifth one go? I replaced the two on the fuel filter canister and the two on the pusher pump. The one on the lift pump is shorter than these and it already had the large holes. Does this last one go on the back of the engine where the return line is or is there another one I am missing??
I do believe it goes on the injector pump.

Yeah. It replaces the one that goes in the injection pump with the Schrader test valve on it. Usually this one is tapped to allow a FP gauge to be hooked up to it.

I got the 5 piece set for mine too and found out the one for the Injection Pump is shorter than the rest. Could only change 4.
I think the later years used all the same size bolts.

Alright. I was gonna try to see if I could make it work in the injector pump but decided against it when I compared the size of the holes and they were the same. I guess I just have a spare.

Ed, Dodzilla, and anyone else with a 98.5:

Really, the injection pump banjo was shorter than the rest? Did you try the new high flow bolt to see if it would go all the way in, and not bottom out anywhere?

Need more input ;D

Dodgzilla, if the existing bolt already had the same size ports as the new one you got from me, drop me a PM with your real name. I'll issue the refund ASAP. No point in you paying for something you can't use.

Rod
