You'd be better off adding more air so you can burn the fuel you have.

Sounds good I should be giving them a call soon. Ph4tty, belive me I want a turbo soon but my pump is about to go (why not get a hot rod) and I have a feeling my headgasket will go as well. Gotta love the beauty of building more power!

I just remeber reading your post about hitting 1600 degrees half way down the 1/4 mile and am worried you're going to melt a piston. Just hook your wastegate back up or get an boost elbow/ mbc so you don't go nuclear.

I got my II pump from PDW and Doug installed it for me too =) http://www.performancedieselwarehouse.com/1084954.html

elandon 1201 - how do you like the hot rod pump? My injection pump might be on borrowed time, and I've been thinking about one. But some of the reports of loping idles, street manners and what not have got me concerned. I want to make sure that I'd be impressed and happy with one, before throwing down a large chunk of money on one. I pull trailers alot with my truck and don't want to really sacrifice fuel mileage if the hot rod pump will kill it. I've talked to Haisley machine about them and am trying to get hooked up with one of their customers who has a hot rod pump setup. TIA
