Summit Racing has great gauge prices/selection... I prefer the AutoMeter UltraLite IIs:

I have installed 6 sets of Isspro, 1 set of DiPricol, and 1 set of Autometer. All except the Autometer came from Diesel Manor. They have excellent customer service, and prices are good too. I would reccomend the Dipricols because I think they look better, and they are easier to install. They do not have amp boxes to install like the Isspro. But when buying gauges they are all about the same quality, and you buy based on looks.

Is that actually on the hood? I can't tell if its some weird reflection or something, but to me it looks like it really is on the hood. Why?

My guess in that its probably a mechanical fuel pressure guage. I would bet he wants a mechanical guage for reliability but doesnt want fuel in the cab. He would not be the first guy to do this...hes probably an old school drag racer.

I'm curious to know too. Let me guess... 2 Pyrometers, 2 tranny temps, boost, fuel pressure, front axle, rear axle, and engine oil temp.

You're right Dr. Evil!
Cowl-mounted fuel pressure gauges are one of my trademarks... cheaper, more reliable and safer than the alternative (old habits die hard). I ran SS braided line to it, and used SS-sheathed pyro wire for the lamp - to which I retrofitted a halogen bi-pin to the bayonet socket.

Intake boost, rail pressure, EGT (pre & post - post no longer used), LP pressure, oil temp, oil pressure, tranny temp, rear diff temp, lineloc pressure, pre-CAC boost, intake manifold pyro, H2O/CH3OH injection pressure, pre-CAC air temp, drive pressure and... darn - can't remember what the other one is (was?)

The switches under the radio are fuel pump, auxiliary driving lights, alarm, and auxiliary reverse lights.

The switch panel next to my right foot is for the NO2, line-loc, H2O/CH3OH, and ABS fuse/speed limiter.

The master switch under the the headlight switch controls the other panels, as well as the security system.

Thanks for the kind words, guys!
