graphitecumnz and rjohnson : THANK YOU! You just gave me an awesome idea on how to do air separation myself. I think it should be very easy! I will be ordering some (cheap) parts again...
Cheers,

Actually the fuel is returned into the Fill Neck of the truck. The first systems were plumbed into the Fill Neck Vent line. If you got your kit with-in the last 2 years....you have the updated style return manifold.

Yeah...this quite pump update we did is really flooring me with the differance im hearing.......OR lack there of.....

So another upgrade i will be doing soon will be the Draw Straw. that eliminates the sucking air from the stock pickup.

After doing the Draw Straw (at 110,000 miles), I'm not convinced the factory system causes foaming fuel to be sucked in by the pump... but you can decide for yourself. My tank was also amazingly clean.
It (factory fuel module) is an interesting and complex design. Only need for it that I can see is operating when tank is very low on fuel.
I gained only 1 psi fuel pressure but that's probably due to having a FASS and already having lots of FP.

I think it's way more about luck than anything else.

Replacing mine with 202k original on it. May run it for a few more weeks if the weather doesn't hold out! (need to get that sucker returned to avoid the core charge, though!)
